Working with Caro at Orion Jewelry to create my fiancée’s engagement ring was one of the most meaningful and memorable experiences I’ve ever had. From the very first conversation, Caro made the process feel incredibly personal, like she genuinely cared about the love story behind the ring, not just the design itself.

She guided me through every step with such care and attention, explaining the design phases, diamond options, sizing, and materials in a way that made everything clear and exciting. Her knowledge is incredible, but it’s her patience and passion that truly set her apart. I never felt rushed, just supported in every step of the way.

What meant the most was how mindful Caro was of the timeline. She knew I wanted to surprise my now fiancée, and she made sure every detail was completed on schedule without ever compromising on quality. Her dedication made it possible to pull off the perfect surprise.

And when that moment finally came, when I opened the box and my fiancée saw the ring, she was completely speechless. She had no words for how beautiful it was. Seeing her eyes fill with emotion as she stared at something that represented our future and it’s a moment I’ll never forget. And it wouldn’t have been possible without Caro.

Long review incoming, but definitely worth the read! I’m so happy with everything about this ring between the ring itself, the customer service, and the entire process of making this custom piece as a whole. The very first thing that was great was that she didn’t make any assumptions. As a guy who knows nothing about jewelry, many people would probably just tell me what to get and how much to spend, likely overcharging me for something that wasn’t even what my fiance wanted. Instead, the first thing Carolina did was listen. I told her what I thought my fiance would want + my budget and we started working from there. At that point, she spent time educating me on diamonds so that I would understand the color, lab/natural, the clarity, etc. The best part about this being a custom piece was that I then told her exactly how many carats I wanted, the color, grade, clarity, and budget. From there, she was able to make magic happen! She guided me through the whole process and continued to educate me as we went along since we had to also figure out the band itself. We were able to get the band engraved and find the style that worked best for my fiance. The best part with that is how Carolina would think of things I never could like how thick the band should be to support the custom diamond we got and how it should be placed so that the future wedding ring can nestle right next to it perfectly. I really can’t emphasize enough how smooth this process was and how patient, informative, and helpful Carolina was through all of it. Not to mention, the ring came out absolutely amazing, my fiance loved it since it was exactly what she wanted, and it helped me secure the yes!!! Oh and one other thing to note is that Carolina was not only amazing and extremely responsive during the custom ring process in general, but also after with anything else I needed. She recommended ring insurance, provided care instructions for the ring, and goes as far as to reach out to places on my behalf when it comes to something I may need assistance with like potentially re-sizing the band since I didn’t get that perfectly right for my fiance (oops). Overall, I can’t recommend Orion enough. The custom ring came out perfect, the customer service was the best I’ve ever had, the pricing was amazing, and the experience as a whole was extremely easy / enjoyable. This will be the only custom engagement ring I ever need, but I will continue to shop here for all other jewelry needs, as well as recommend Carolina to all my friends/family!
