Orion Jewelry’s Shipping Policy

Orion Jewelry aims to provide you with a hassle-free shopping experience. Whether you're a new customer or a returning one, we want to make sure every purchase is a memorable one. Orion Jewelry does not take responsibility for packages that are delivered to the wrong address. It is the customer’s responsibility to check that the shipping address is correct when placing the order. If in your confirmation email the address is incorrect, please email us as soon as possible to correct it before the piece(s) is/are shipped out. 


All orders are made to order, so please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped out. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information. If you do not receive an email with a tracking number, please contact us via email.


In the event that an order is lost or stolen, please contact your local post office first after your tracking information indicates the order has been “Delivered”. If the local post office is unable to locate your package, please contact us. 

Orion Jewelry’s Refund & Return Policy

Orion Jewelry understands the importance of ensuring customer satisfaction and strives to provide a seamless shopping experience. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible policy for returns. Custom item(s) cannot be refunded or returned. 

Return Policy

At Orion Jewelry, customer satisfaction is top priority, and we are committed to delivering high-quality products. Orion’s return policy allows the return of any item that does not meet customer expectations. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we will provide you with a replacement or a full refund. We offer full refunds on any of my pieces within 7 days after the delivery date. If you do not initiate a return or report damaged or defective item(s) after 7 days from delivery date, we won’t be able to process any returns and the sale will be considered final. 


To initiate a refund, contact us via email : orion.jewelry.llc@gmail.com. Please include your order number in the subject line and if the item is damaged or defective, be sure to include photos of the damaged or defective piece(s).


Please note that we can only issue refunds to the original payment method and any item(s) returned must be in their original packaging and unused. Once we have received the item(s), we will issue a refund within 2-5 business days. All return shipping labels are included as part of our return policy at Orion Jewelry.
